Your responsibilities

Your main work involves meeting and guiding people who are often in grief. It is a significant trust assignment where your knowledge, attentiveness, and engagement are crucial. Your main tasks are varied but primarily include advising, coaching, and practical handling/administration of our funeral services as well as serving as a ceremony host at funerals. You will be based at our office, but assignments will also take place at other locations in Sweden. You will also perform transport, coffin placement, be on standby to collect the deceased, and provide personal farewells.

Who are you?

You have at least 2 years of experience as a funeral advisor, and experience in relevant family law is an advantage. The tasks are customer-oriented, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing, has a sense of service, and can build trust. We value structure and precision, and you enjoy working independently and with administrative tasks. You are confident and a good listener who enjoys working with people. At the same time, you are good at finding solutions and thrive on keeping multiple processes running simultaneously.

You want to work in a growing and proactive company with a fast pace, high demands, and short decision-making paths.

You need to have a B driver's license, be comfortable with digital tools, and have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

The position is full-time and starts when the right person can be on site. We believe you have work experience in administration and service. Sales experience is an advantage.
